4 big potatoes

1 egg per person

3-4 small onions

Skin the potatoes, cut them in dice, add salt, fry them 10 min on highest heat-level, till they are brown.

After the are brown add the onions (also cut in dice) and wait till the onions become brown.

Mix 4 eggs, and add the potatoes and onion to it. After that put it in the pan and wait a bit. When it’s a little brown on the side turn the tortilla to the other side.

DONE.

Das ist eine hoffentlich brauchbare Übersetzung/Erinnerung des Rezeptes von Nicolas. Das Zeug war wirklich sehr gut, wer das Glück hat zufällig zu der spanischen unserer Einweihungsfeiern zu kommen, wird das Zeug geniessen können. Viel Spass beim Kochen, und danke für das Rezept Nicolas!
